Terms & Conditions

1. About these terms

These terms govern your use of orangemorangeaudio.info, operated by OrangeMorange Audio GmbH, Landstraße 45, 4020 Linz, Austria, UID: ATU54185820, FN 185820c, registered with Handelsgericht Linz ("we", "us").

2. Showcase only — no contract of sale

This website is an informational showcase. Prices shown in euros (€) are indicative retail prices for products displayed on the site. There is no shopping cart, no checkout, and no online order placement. Displaying a product and price on this site does not constitute a binding offer to sell under § 145 ABGB. A purchase contract only comes into being — if at all — through a separate individual agreement reached in response to your enquiry.

3. Contact and enquiries

You may contact us through the contact form or by email. The information you provide is used solely to respond to your enquiry; see our Privacy Policy.

4. Prices and availability

All prices are in euros (EUR) and include Austrian VAT where applicable. Prices and product availability may change without notice. We reserve the right to correct typographical or pricing errors.

5. Intellectual property

All content on this site — text, layout, the OrangeMorange name and logo, the waveform design elements — is owned by OrangeMorange Audio GmbH or used with permission. You may not reproduce, distribute, or commercially exploit site content without our written consent.

6. Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the site, including not to submit unlawful, abusive, or spam content through the contact form, and not to attempt to disrupt or reverse-engineer the site.

7. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by Austrian law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from the use of this informational website. Mandatory liability under the Austrian Consumer Protection Act (KSch) — e.g. for personal injury or intent/gross negligence — remains unaffected. We do not warrant that product information on the showcase is error-free at all times.

8. Austrian consumer rights

If you are a consumer under the KSch, you retain all non-waivable statutory rights. Nothing in these terms reduces mandatory consumer protections granted by Austrian law.

9. Online dispute resolution

The European Commission provides a platform for online dispute resolution (ODR), available at ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr. We are not obliged or willing to participate in dispute settlement proceedings before a consumer arbitration body.

10. Governing law

These terms are governed by Austrian law, excluding the conflict-of-laws rules and the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods (CISG). For consumers, the mandatory law of their habitual residence remains applicable where mandatory.

11. Changes

We may update these terms at any time. The "last updated" date indicates the current version.
