2. What we collect

This is a showcase website. We do not run a web shop and we do not process payments through this site. The only personal data we process is what you voluntarily enter in the contact form: your name, email address, and message.

• Account data: none — we do not create accounts.
• Order data: none — no checkout exists on this site.
• Technical data: if you accept cookies, limited technical data may be stored as described in our Cookie Policy.

3. Why we process it (legal basis)

We process your contact-form data on the legal basis of Art. 6 (1) (b) GDPR (to take steps at your request prior to a contract — e.g. an enquiry about a product) and Art. 6 (1) (f) GDPR (our legitimate interest in answering your message). We do not send marketing emails without a separate opt-in.

4. How long we keep it

We retain your enquiry only for as long as needed to respond and to document the conversation, generally no longer than 12 months after our last contact, unless a longer retention period is required by Austrian tax or commercial law.

5. Sharing and recipients

We do not sell your data. We share it only with processors strictly necessary to operate the website and email (e.g. our hosting and email provider), all bound by GDPR-compliant data processing agreements. No transfers to third countries outside the EEA take place without an adequacy decision or appropriate safeguards.

6. Your rights under GDPR

Under the General Data Protection Regulation and the Austrian Data Protection Act (DSG), you have the right to:

• Access, rectification, erasure, and restriction of processing;
• Data portability;
• Object to processing;
• Withdraw consent at any time (where processing is based on consent);
• Lodge a complaint with the Austrian Data Protection Authority (dsb.datenschutz.gv.at).

7. Austrian consumer notes

This site is operated by a company registered in Austria. Consumers resident in Austria retain the mandatory rights granted by the Austrian Consumer Protection Act (Konsumentenschutzgesetz), which cannot be restricted by these terms.

We use TLS encryption for data in transit and restrict internal access to personal data. No method of transmission or storage is fully secure, but we apply reasonable technical and organisational measures.
